Jordan and I

If I would have had a son.....this young man would have been my first choice.  I am so fortunate to have him in my life and to have had the opportunity to parent him while he was growing up.  We only had about 5 hours together in Vancouver....but it was well spent...talking, walking, laughing and relaxing.  Here are some of the highlights.

Basketball

We got to watch Abby play her first basketball game at her school.  They lost by one point...but they played a great game.

Busy day

Well today I managed to arrange a visit with my grandmother and her sister, a visit with me and one of my friends, a walk by the falls, and then a night out for my dad's birthday, at the House of Comedy.

hanging with the family #1

I arrived in Toronto on the 12 of March and headed to Belleville
to stay with my Aunt Emily and Uncle Harry.  My Uncle has a model train
set up in his basementand the Abby and Jack
thought it was quite amazing.
He has hundreds of feet of track, at least 100 or more trains,
and lots of accessories.

Vancouver Airport

Airports are some of the most interesting places.
Not only to do I love flying.....I love walking inside an outside
the airport to enjoy all the amazing architecture, artwork, and of course the quirky travellers.

It was such a beautiful day in Vancouver.
It was cloudy and rainy but the air was warm and fresh.
I was reminded of why I love the West Coast.
Signs of spring were all around and it was only the middle of March.

There was some great abstract artwork that gave me an opportunity to work with angles and colour.
